March 2007 – 3rd Orion’s Belt Lunch (Oporto)

November 2008 – 4th Orion’s Belt Lunch (Lisbon – Rock & Sushi)

And this brings me to the point I want, I think it’s time to the Orion’s Belt 2009 lunch, what do you think? October will be a good month? If anyone have suggestions for new places or should we repeat Rock & Sushi?

We added a new feature to the referral system. Until now you could win orions with referral when a referred player made a payment, now adding to this, you will win 100 orions when a referenced player reaches level 5, and every time a group of 10 players reaches level 5 you will receive 1000 orions.

This feature was suggested by an active member of this blog and the game (Agni), for us it’s very important having this kind of feedback, so with it we can do Orion’s Belt a more pleasant game.

I went to random.org and randomized the list of players that posted a reply on the Read this and win 500 Orions! event.

As you can see the winner is Dristera. Congratulations!

There were only 21 players making a reply. This surely means that the blog isn’t being properly presented to players. We don’t expect a lot of feedback on this blog(for example, our Gazette as a lot more commets). But the blog is important for communicating game news and changes, and all active players should be aware of it.

The Quiz Contest in BBG site announced in a previous post has ended.

To the top menu, 2 new items were added: Buy Orion’s (where you can buy Orions using paypal, paysafecard and SMS) and Premium (where you can acquire several services).

We have updated the Orion’s Belt Translation Project. Now we have more stats and a Top Contributors page where we’ll list the players that helped us and how much orions have they won by doing so.

We have also added more languages. Valtorian and ikkie are helping us with Italian and French.

We have just released the Orion’s Belt Translation Project. On this website we have all the tokens/resources that we use in the game, for all the supported languages. The idea is that now anyone can easily contribute with translations or corrections. Well, not anyone… you’ll need to register and we’ll need to approve you. You can know more about contributing by reading the instructions.

I’d like to remember you that we are very very generous with those that help us. So, if you contribute to our cause, we’ll reward you with Orions and you’ll became part of an excellent team!
